• 1) All students shall pay the complete fees in advance for the quarter at the time of enrolment. All subsequent renewals shall also be paid on a quarterly basis. Students/parents shall ensure timely payment of fees.
• 2) A minimum advance notice of 1–2 days shall be required for any planned absence to facilitate scheduling of compensatory classes.
• 3) All missed classes shall be compensated within the same payment cycle, failing which they shall lapse. Such classes shall not be carried forward or adjusted against future payment cycles.
• 4) Failure to attend a scheduled compensatory class shall be deemed as a class utilized, and no further adjustment or rescheduling shall be provided.
• 5) Classes missed without prior approval, or cancellations made without adequate notice (including same-day cancellations), shall be treated as utilized sessions and shall not be compensated.
• 6) Fees paid shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 7) In the event of discontinuation of classes, no outstanding dues shall remain pending. A formal request for withdrawal shall be submitted in advance.
• 8) The institute reserves the right to revise or amend the fee structure from time to time. Any such changes shall be communicated prior to the commencement of the next payment cycle.
• 9) All notifications shall be communicated via the KDC Web App. Students/parents shall ensure that their contact details provided at the time of enrolment remain accurate and active. Any change should be notified to us immediately for ease of correspondence.
• 10) Students/parents acknowledge that participation in drum classes involves physical activity. The institute shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the course of training.
• 11) Students shall handle all instruments, including electronic and acoustic drumsets, with due care. Any damage caused due to negligence or misconduct shall be chargeable.
• 12) The institute reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during classes or events for promotional purposes. Any objections must be communicated in writing in advance.
• 13) Students arriving late shall not be entitled to any extension of their scheduled class duration.
• 14) Requests for change of batch or class timing shall be subject to availability and shall not be guaranteed.

These policies are established to ensure discipline, fairness, and the highest standards of learning for all students at Kunal’s Drum Class (KDC).
